## How the process works

1. Contact - a first conversation about what you are facing and whether there is an energetic fit.
2. Booking - an online call plus a medical questionnaire, for safety and context.
3. Preparation - a recommended cleanse and guidelines sent one week ahead, covering physical, emotional, mental and spiritual readiness.
4. Family Constellation - working with generational patterns to bring clarity.
5. Plant Medicine Journey - held in prepared space; the medicine softens defences and opens perception.
6. Integration - three touchpoints: immediately after, a follow-up call the next day, and another later.
